- Bachelor’s degree
- Working towards or have completed higher level degree or certifications preferred – ie CLU®, CFP®, CPA, JD, LLM
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with high net worth business owners in either financial, management, operational or family consulting fields
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
