Douglas Howe, M.A.


Doug Howe has been advising business owners for more than 20 years, usually in the areas of Succession Planning, Business Development and People Development. He’s been a CEO, Business Owner, Non-profit Director, Speaker/Trainer, Coach, Pastor and Professor whose client roster covers a wide variety of organizations including Procter and Gamble, AK Steel, Fox Media Group, Health Alliance, Cinergy Solutions, Zumbiel Packaging, CAbi, Malibu Group, Process Plus, Carespring Health Care, Anthony Munoz Foundation, Teen Challenge, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the National Management Association, Horizon and Young Life.

Doug has served on several Boards and Committees including the University of Northern Kentucky’s School of Entrepreneurship, NKUEI Academic Affairs Committee, Stepping Stones Center of Cincinnati, Village of Indian Hill Recreation Commission, Cincinnati Hills Academy Campaign Cabinet, the Los Angeles Urban Development Committee and Development Committee for the Carolina Point Camp for Physically Challenged Teens, part of Young Life’s National Capernaum Project.

He is also the author of two small books and numerous articles, a Certified Consultant of the Birkman Executive Assessment, a featured resource of Speakers Network Worldwide and the Founder of the Insignia Foundation.

Mr. Howe earned Masters’ and Bachelors Degrees in Southern California and does continuing education work through the University of Notre Dame. He and Denise have been joyfully married for 30 years and have four adult children. Anecdotal highlights including finishing the New York Marathon, leading mens’ and couple’s retreats, coaching his daughter’s basketball team to the Cincinnati Metro Championship and direct service to George W. Bush and several congressmen.
