The Rawls Group, one of the nation’s most respected business succession planning firms, is proud to welcome Clayton Latiolais as our newest associate.  Prior to joining The Rawls Group, Clayton spent over 20 years working with some of the world’s largest and most demanding organizations in challenging and dynamic environments.  Clayton focused on developing and refining processes, identifying key performance metrics, establishing accountability to build highly efficient teams, and fostering inspiring cultures for people from diverse backgrounds.

 As a former U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot, Clayton’s experience provides him with an in-depth knowledge of contingency planning for any scenario.  Additionally, as an aviation operations manager in the civilian sector, Clayton brings a unique perspective on operational efficiency and management, change management, leadership style, and strategic planning.
