A new chapter means one is over. A time of celebration for what is to come and mourning for what is being left behind. To grow, create experiences and live day by day involves change. Whether you are someone who seeks it out or works hard to avoid it, change is inevitable. The process of a caterpillar morphing into a butterfly is a painful process. So, like the butterfly, there is discomfort as we move through transition, but the journey is necessary to arrive at the destination.

COVID, relationships, career shifts, and changing personal and professional roles are just a few of the transitions we grow through daily.
