Clayton Latiolais knows and understands what it takes to overcome challenges present in our environment and succeed in fulfilling the mission.  Clayton’s experience as a pilot in the military and aviation operations manager in the civilian sector provides him with an in-depth knowledge of contingency planning for any scenario.  Additionally, with his professional background and education as a succession planner, Clayton brings a unique perspective on operational management, change management, leadership style, and strategic planning.

Before joining The Rawls Group, Clayton spent over 20 years working with some of the world’s largest and most demanding organizations in challenging and dynamic environments.  Clayton focused on identifying key performance metrics, establishing accountability to build highly efficient teams, and fostering inspiring cultures for people from diverse backgrounds.

Clayton holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and served nearly eight years as a U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot, including deployments in Europe and the Middle East, and facilitated rescue missions supporting Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.  An avid outdoorsman, Clayton enjoys hunting and fishing in the swamps and bayous of South Louisiana or anywhere the fish are biting.  He also enjoys the sights, sounds, and foods of the many festivals around Lafayette, Louisiana, where he resides.
