Initiating the firm’s succession plan, this move was effective January 1, 2017, with Loyd Rawls, the founder transitioning to Chairman of the Board.

A natural strategic thinker and skilled in navigating conflict, David leverages his more than two decades of experience working with successful business owners to lead The Rawls Group through the next generation.
